These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the SMS notification program operated
by McCowen Tech Support & PC Repair LLC, doing business as McCowen Technologies.
McCowen Technologies Operational SMS Notifications
This program provides low-volume operational SMS notifications generated by
McCowen Technologies business systems. Messages are sent only to authorized
McCowen Technologies personnel who have affirmatively opted in to receive the
notifications.
The program is intended for internal operational notifications and is not a
public marketing or promotional SMS program.
Recipients enroll through a McCowen Technologies web-based settings form.
The recipient enters their own mobile telephone number and affirmatively selects
a separate SMS consent checkbox.
The SMS consent checkbox is not selected by default. SMS notifications remain
disabled unless the recipient actively chooses to enable them.
SMS participation is optional.
Message frequency varies based on system activity. Recipients may receive no
messages on some days and multiple operational notifications on days when
relevant system events occur.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on the
recipient’s mobile carrier and service plan.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS notifications.
After opting out, the recipient may receive a final confirmation message.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
McCowen Technologies does not sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers,
SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent.
